Honor system adjustments

In my opinion some things should be changed in the honor system to make it work as intended.

1. Premades should not be able to honor each other, it is just far too simple farming some honor playing in 5 and sharing honors,
2. It should be compulsory to give the honor to one member, even if it's true that sometimes none deserves it, but it would assure that all the players use it and do not just press skip.
