I have a team with my friends that we would like to continue ranking on but ranked 5v5 is no longer an option. How do we rank so that we receive a rank as a team? and do I have to have the exact same 5 people in order to update that rank? someone mentioned that we all have to be in the same "Chat-Room"

You can't. There is no way to do Ranked 5s and get a team ranking. Dynamic Queue squashed Solo/Duo and Team rankings into one, so you can't properly display your skill at either.
you can play together if you're within one tier of each other. Which means dynamic boosting anybody who is too low to play with you till you're all in one tier. It's basically the majority of what's been going on this season. Riot claimed they added dynamic queue to emphasize that this is a team game and allow more friends to play together in ranked. Then they took away the queue that most accurately represents the team game, made it harder for friends to play together in ranked, and made ranked a clusterfuck of people being ranked where they wouldn't normally be in any true skill defining system.
