Free Skins?

I think having a skin is just a sign that you like the game, and really like the champion you have the skin on. But there are some people who never get Riot Points, and can't get cool skins that they really want. Their only hope is to ask a friend for one, and we all know how annoying that can get. So I think that in solo que, you should get a small amount of riot points. Or, maybe, after getting into Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc., you should get a skin on your most frequently played champion. If you already have a skin, on that champion then, either you don't get one, or you get a skin on your next most frequently played champion and so on. This is just a suggestion for Riot. Maybe you can make it happen, even though you might lose a bit of money from doing so.
