I joined a que with a friend who had a 10 min. wait for leaving games. during this wait i was not only unable to talk to another friend that i knew irl and haven't seen in a long time, but also unable to browse champs i might want to by, go to the store to buy runes, redo my mastery pages, etc. can you fix this riot?
