i honestly can't tell how it's being distributed. it can't be based on when you started because a friend who started this season already got theirs while i have been playing off and on since s3 and have yet to get it. if it was alphabetical you would have gotten it before my friend. if it was based on rank, again, you would have gotten it before him since both of us are unranked. maybe it's purely random how the distribution works. i've seen a couple threads where people were saying they or a friend of theirs didn't qualify for the rewards yet got a gift. maybe someone who didn't "earn" a mystery gift accidentally got yours. i doubt they're done distributing them yet.
