The Ultimate skin after DJ Sona.

Who do you think it's gonna be? I know it's a little but it's fun to guess. I think it might be Kassadin. He, like Sona, got a soft rework. Both have been nerfed countless times after said rework and with this most recent Kassadin nerf on the PBE I do believe it will be him. If you don't know wha the nerf is they lower the mana cost on his riftwalk but decreased the range from 700 to 450.
