So riot is SO worried about "busting" leavers... what about trolls?

I could write a big long rant but... we've all experienced the pre game lobby trolls, so you guys know how it is.

Well anyways, here's my proposed solution. 1. Add a report option outside of the game where you can just type in the person's name. That's not very difficult, is it? Think this will cause an abuse of reporting? 2. Make it cost $5. To compensate for the fact that we're spending money, have someone actually review the pre game lobby (I'm sure there's a way to implement recording that) and get the troll banned. You could even use this for actual games, like if someone intentionally feeds the entire game, just have an actually meaningful report for $5. Have a riot employee review the game and get the troll banned. The only downside I can see to this is I would go broke with how many trolls I'd be spending $5 on. If you're not a troll and someone uses this on you, they'll just waste their money. A riot employee will review the game and see that they falsely reported you. If you are a troll, maybe for once you'll actually get punished for what you did. Any thoughts?
