Ranked System

I can never rank up with players who don't care, troll, or generally are bad. I'm still in Silver V because I can never have a good team. Riot, fix the ranked system! This solo queue and duo queue that you are bringing back does not address any of the problems that players are facing, you, Riot, are still avoiding the problems that needs to be fixed. It is not fair for a player(s) to be doing very poorly, get carried by his/her team, and end up in promotions, gold, or higher. That is not fair or right at all! There are players who should be in a higher ranked but can never get there. The ranked system should be based on how you play not your wins. Because I assure you there are a lot of "decent" gold players and "ok" unranked or bronze players. Do I even have to mention boosted players? It makes a difference to have 4 to 3 competent allies and that 1 to 2 incompetent ally(ies) to win or lose a game.
