Can we add the old Phantom Dancer's passive to the Boots of Swiftness?

For those who don't remember the old Phantom Dancer passive let you ignore unit collision. I feel it will fit on the Swifty boots cause they are all about, well, being swift and nothing stops being swift more then running into a wall of minions.

Dude, swifties is already in a good spot. With the changes to slows, and its already superior movespeed to other options, it went from trash to perfect on champions that needed protection from slows.

Adding that would take merc treads out of the game, and they're already in a bad spot. Not only that, a bunch of assassins would become godly because they can just run through a creep wave and blow up a carry.

Are you trying to make it the worst boot type again?

Why not add Phantom Dancer's old passive to all boots?

exactly. there is no reason to pick boots of swiftness over the better tenacity boots. sure u get 20 more movement speed but honestly for the most parts only tanks and bruisers use it and you'd get dead mans plate anyway. swiftness boots need to cost just as much as any boots. 1100. but also offer use what you said.

Or better yet-

Add PD old passive to basic tier 1 boots. That way when you upgrade to tier 2 boots, you lose that awesome passive but gain the respective passives from the tier 2's.

Also add 50 AD, 75 AP, 15% CDR, and 75 attack range.
