This may seem odd... But trying to work on being more possitive.

The weird thing is I have a positive attitude in 95% of my games. Problem is I have a bit of an issue of holding it in outside the game, and it slowly builds up over the course of a bad game. Sometimes it gets to the point of actually messing me up in game.

The main problem is I kind of have an issue of needing to let out steam very often. And with how I try to remain possitive in chat, and in game I really don't have any proper outlet to blow it on when bad teams show up or bad games happen. I'm trying not to rage at the game through chat, and that usually results in me swearing at the monitor while playing the game. And that has a side effect of making me lose focus in game and cause more mistakes than i'd like to have happen.

Any advice?

I find it more satisfying to be the one that is chill while others are raging, you feel better afterwards and you dont need the added stress of knowing a suspension is coming. Funny to see people rage at you and be toxic while you are calm, only makes them more mad lol, killem with kindness :)

You need to realise that whatever happens in game doesn't actually matter. Once you see that, you can't actually get angry.

It might help if you tried to view everything as a learning experience. If you fall behind then work on your catchup mechanics. If your team isn't good, focus on improving your CS, warding and waveclear. This is awesome as, sometimes, you actually end up winning!
