Yeah, nearly forgot about the the crit change. I don't feel more inclined to buy PD to be honest I just feel as if it was unnecessary.

I built PD over Shiv before the patch anyway.

It was mostly because ADCs built IE > PD and Riot wanted to delay their power spike so they moved 5% crit from IE to PD. It wasn't a buff to PD per se, it was a delay in power to ADCs that resulted in a nerf to IE and a buff to PD.

I always built PD over Shiv on adcs so I still build it every game. I've been meaning to try going B.F. Sword -> PD -> complete IE to see if that works better but always forget in game and instinctively complete IE first :(

I'm building it on most of my ADCs now. Jinx, Vayne, Sivir, and Caitlyn. I only go shiv if I base with 800 gold after I finish IE and I think I can farm enough to make avarice super efficient.

Something annoying that I've noticed is that buying PD doesn't stop the game from pathing you to walk around minions. You have to spam click like a centimeter in front of your champion to intentionally walk through minions the majority of the time, so it's a pretty wasted passive in a lot of situations.
