Nerve racking match.

Just won a 4v5 on Summuners Rift. I was the carry and the entire match I felt super tense and as if I had to win that game no matter what. Finally managed to win and I feel super shaken up and giddy like at the same time. Has anyone else gotten that feeling? I am afraid to start another match because I am almost certain I wont be able to do as good as did in my next match and lose. Has anyone else gotten this feeling? Its very similar to when I made it out of my promos for silver or any promos for that matter.
