When riot is having a meeting what made them decide to chose swain over other cancerous champs? here is a list of 5 champs that really NEEDED a vgu before swain: 
i'm not saying im not for a swain VGU , because he needs one , but why him over the champs mentioned above, I would rather have swain in his current state than any of the 5 champs i mentioned.

KawaiiShroom1 votesFiddle- good ganks before lvl 6, can work as support with poke and peel Pantheon- One of the best lane bullies even against ranged champs. his niche is win lane snowball game. If you can't do that then it's not your style Udyr- watch some trick2g videos he can carry 1v9 Morde- good lane bully. He could use a rework. The juggernaut rework made him worse, the old mord was better Mundo- one of my fav champions. can build pure tank and his base damage on q,w,e can chunk out squishies. With enough items can heal faster than tower shots.
Tormentula1 votesThey're fine except for morde. Fiddle is outdated and has his off meta moments but right now fiddle is ok. Udyr just got changes so changing him so suddenly again would seem a bit odd.
The rest people just want given VGUs because they're outdated and their kits are binary, regardless of their current position in the meta. Swain was left in an odd spot after the MYMU, is visually unappealing, and his connection in lore is starting to get really fuzzy since he's linked to so many champions but swain himself is still old lore.
ModWulf Helhammer1 votesFiddle is fine, Udyr just really needs a VU, same as Mundo. Pantheon needs a VU and some minor gameplay changes to not be so oppressive when ahead/early and useless when behind/late (just, like, make the damn spear a skillshot, and change his stun to ground targetable leap so he has an alternate escape). Morde is the only one who needs a full outright VGU
