When riot is having a meeting what made them decide to chose swain over other cancerous champs? here is a list of 5 champs that really NEEDED a vgu before swain: 
i'm not saying im not for a swain VGU , because he needs one , but why him over the champs mentioned above, I would rather have swain in his current state than any of the 5 champs i mentioned.
Most of the champions are fine where they are not perfect but fine. The only one is mord who is all over the place.
They're fine except for morde. Fiddle is outdated and has his off meta moments but right now fiddle is ok. Udyr just got changes so changing him so suddenly again would seem a bit odd.
The rest people just want given VGUs because they're outdated and their kits are binary, regardless of their current position in the meta. Swain was left in an odd spot after the MYMU, is visually unappealing, and his connection in lore is starting to get really fuzzy since he's linked to so many champions but swain himself is still old lore.
