Ezreal Kiting Build

Ezreal has a blue build, a popular build that exists solely for infinite kiting. However, even though it wont be blue anymore, due to recent item changes, there is a way to make him even harder to touch.

The new black cleaver has the Rage unique passive effect, giving him 10 movement speed when he lands a q, and 30 when he kills anything. Iceborn Gauntlet constantly slows them, and furor ionian boots give him even more movement speed. Even if you get cornered, you will have 40% cdr, meaning your e will always be available when you need it if you spam your q enough.
