Sometimes you buy a champion, but don't like them for whatever reason, and want to get rid of them. Obviously you should refund them, but unfortunately you used all three on something else. I propose a system to return a champion. It would be the exact same thing as a refund, but you don't get any IP/RP back. Its that simple.

Why would you want to lose a champion you bought, but get nothing in return? Why not simply don't pick the champion? You may very well want to play it later, but it would suck to have to grind out all the IP again (and if you lost the RP, that's just stupid, throwing money away for nothing). If you're trying to cheat the ARAM system by having only certain champions, that's another matter but not what you said.
This would only benefit the people who want to abuse ARAM's random pick system...
Riot used to do this, send a support ticket and you are able to refund that champ. I've refunded Gragas and Rengar this way.
