New summoner spell
I'm really curious as to what the community can think of, (for a new summoner spell) I thought of a spell that makes rage bars of champions who have rage (AKA Gnar, Renekton) immediately fill up, on a 4 minute cooldown

The rage bar would be extremely useful with gnar lmao
cd finisher instantly returns all your cooldowns on like a 3 minute timer for mages like lis or xrath who have long cd
Build up buff that slowly makes you immune to CCs when unleashed at max stats
