We lost in the end, in big part due to not having a ranged AD carry (it was difficult to take towers), but that was the most fun I had in a long time.

Bot lane maokai can work really well with a blitzcrank. The lockdown at level 2 and 6+ is ridiculous. Hook>root>knockup>knockback>silence>slow You typically need a ranged ad champion top or mid if you want to win by anything other than surrender.
This is why my friends suck. Because they will never let me even try Amumu toplane when we play.

i played thresh with a vayne against an adc tahm kench and alistar lane. We pretty much just opressed and stomped them in lane but somehow lost the game despite this. I got red buff because i saw enemy shaco boxing up his blue and then when i went to our red he missed the smite to i aa'd it. ayy lmao red buff thresh
