Dear Rito,

Recently, you introduced Chroma Packs, and i think it would be great... if only it didn't cost RP's (wich are paid with REAL MONEY). I could understand if the model of the champion was changed or whatever (but still,paying 10 Euros for 1 champion or BASIC skin is, in my opinion and in the opinion of MANY players TOTALLY EXAGERATED) but it isn't the case ! you just have to change one or two colors in the skin !

In HotS, you earn this kind of things (even skins) by leveling up your champion. (FOR FREE), i don't understand how you can be ok with making people PAY colors for champions. I don't think the idea of changing colors for champions and skins is bad, but the effort put in the "creation" of this chroma packs clearly isn't worth the REAL MONEY people put in your game ! DAMN IT you're the most played game in the world ! (yes i speak to lol because it's Rito GameS and the only thing they did is 1 game_) )You have a gigantic fanbase ! so much so that you could lower the price of skins etc ! (but chroma packs should be FREE)

Please Riot, STOP f**** us with over rated "ultimate" skins that costs 20 freaking euros EACH, these ffffff chroma packs, these nonsense bugs, and this ...... there are no words to describe the EUW server...

Bruh, i agree, but the times when big companies actually cared about their customers has passed. There used to be a time when they cared about satisfying you, now they don't, because you need them more than they need you. They know you won't stop playing the game and they don't care about pleasing you. Its all about the profit they make. More is better, even if they can make 1000$ more a year at the cost of a few unsatisfied customers, they will.

Also i must let you know this world is unfair and 20 bucks may be alot for you, but some people can afford to grab a 100$ bill and whipe their ass with, then trow it away. So unfortunately they will pay whatever price for a skin they like.
