Games didn't count for my series even though they were ranked games

So here's what happened : I won my series but no notification told me that i succeeded, i looked at my profile to find out these games didn't count for my series, even thoughi they were ranked games (i checked and re-checked) I try to restart my lol client to see if it wasn't a bug and apparently it wasn't a graphical bug. So after that i launch a new game, loose it and realize that THIS game counted for the series i had already won... Then i loose this series... Riot if you see this please help me ! I was happy to play ranked again but if some stuff like that is occuring again i might leave the game seriously,
