To EUW and EUNE players, why go on NA boards?

I cannot go onto EUW boards and post/comment with my NA account. Why is the opposite acceptable?

Also, the EUW boards are so solemn. There's not very many M&G type posts. In fact, most of the posts are actually constructive! Though there seems to be a lot of bug reports. Not a single fuck Yasuo upvote thread! Can you believe that?

Because other region boards are dead so they come here.

because when you type in league of legends boards into google the NA one pops up first, took me ages to realise there were separate boards for different servers rofl
