Rotating game mode queue now live!

I just have one question, when ever I logged onto league of legends this morning. I saw there wasn't an urf, so I started looking around and saw a Oceana site says "Urf is out!". So I wanted to ask, is there going to be an urf on the North American server this year?

All of the servers operate off of local times. We'll get urf 11 am-12 pm PST.

Awesome, I was curious about this too, I logged on early to play it (off work today YAY), and was sad to not see it.

Thank you, that was my guess, I was just wondering if riot wanted me to make a oce Account.
