I seem to recall you saying she was in her mid to late thirties? Am arguing with a friend about it.. but sadly cannot find where you mentioned it. Halp!

Erm, I don't think she'd be in her 30's. I'm in my 30's. It's far too old. Believe me.
But anyway, if I had to make a really uneducated guess I'd say she'd probably be in her early-mid 20's. I think of her as akin to Katniss from the Hunger Games, but Katniss is like.. 16 I think. That's a bit too young-adult-fictiony, but Quinn could be be in the 18-24 range I think, depending on what we'd do with developing her story.
She doesn't look any older than twenty, TBH. But then again, Riot won't tell actual ages because people will get pissed, no matter what.

I doubt mods will delete this now that there's a red post, but I'd like to suggest that next time, it be made in the "Champions & Gameplay" board :)
