Professor Ward1 votesas for braum this is a quote from narsicus
It's pretty simple really.
""Braum blocks projectiles with his wall, and projectiles are defined as abilities that move and have start and end points (like Ez Q or Lucian R).** But he only blocks the damage portion of the abilities**, the full damage on the first hit blocked and simply taking reduced damage on all subsequent hits.
Because of that he still takes the full cc or any other effects of abilities that strike him. Essentially instead of making a wall like Yasuo, Braum becomes the wall and blocks things for his team by taking the hits himself.""
