Where is the Yorick skin?

Should be noted, he's never ever ever received a skin. Both of his skins are launch skins for him.

Seriously, was just thinking this. I know they posted about how and why they create certain skins for certain champs but jesus. Can they forfeit giving some a 10th skin to give champs like Illaoi and Yorick at least ONE more??
