Season 5 Icon rewards?
If I get to plat before season 5 ends then season 6 will I get a plat summoner Icon?
and are they always the same or do they change every season?

Yes you will get the plat summoner icon, and there is a different icon for each season.
The icons are different each season (I expect them to be similar to last year though, as opposed to the considerably different S1 or 2 for example).
If you get Plat before the season ends then you will get your plat rewards (border will last all the way until the end of next season).
