OK, I don't understand how the LP system works anymore

I get matched with people who are entire division above me. II keep winning 80% of my games. I also have more won ranked games than lost

Yet I still get around 16 lp and lose 21.

I give up, what do I have to do to raise my lp gain because winning streaks dont help
