Splash arts+ skins

Rito plz update the old splash arts...and maybe some old skins. I think this should be the target for a while, because we already got a lot of champions and a lot of skins...and about skins, I would like to see cheaper skins for , and others that have only a 2-3 skins that are at a high price.

They are doing this in a way, the recent Fiora, Sion, and Trundle splash updates, the upcoming Twitch splash changes. This kind of thing takes time and money, so instead of delaying it with a large boost they are pumping out just a few for a single champ at a time
