big champion shard problem

this rewards smurfing like no other.

if you are a silver 3 player like me, or any rank really, do you think its easier to score an S in silver 3 where i belong? or in bronze 5?

i am not the first person to think of this. tried a few games on my b3 smurf and bronze is much harder than silver today.
