New skins no sale?.

I thought new skins always get 28% sale for a couple of days. Why not the Lunar Revel skins got that sale ? If i got it wrong please explain.

1350 skins get that discount on release.

Jinx new skin is 1350 so it got the discount and is 975 for a few days.

Nidalee and Kat new skin are 975, so they don't have a release sale.

Couldn't say with any certainty, but I believe only skins above a certain price are eligible for release sales. Both Firecracker Jinx and Arclight Vel'Koz, 1350 skins, were released with a discount, but none of the 975 that I recall have been. DJ Sona will also have a discount, representing the highest priced skins.

As others have noted, 1350 RP skins are discounted to 975 RP for a few days when they're first released. (Ultimate skins also receive some sort of a discount on release as well!)

Other skins are released at their full RP price (975 RP, 750 RP, 1820 RP).
