Matching 2 players who took support as main role in the same team??!!

I was in a game and there was a pre bot but i queued for support as main role and i got it. The pre bot support didn't get his main role as support. so he asked for swap. So i am saying Why not match that duo or me with another team who needs a support instead of auto filling another guy who is very bad at support and cost 4 other players the game ?
