@Ququroon @IronStylus The Issue of the Voice of Nasus

Ququroon, I am not entirely sure if you the one behind the Nasus VU or not, but please people are clamoring for answers on what will happen to Gene Mcdaniel's voice. They want to know if there will be some way for us to still have the original voice in the form of a legacy of a skin. I know that the voice actor you hired for the visual has done a splendid job on the Nasus' new voice. However, some of us just really love the original voice.

Ironstylus, I know you are part of the relaunch team and must of had soem part in this as well. I also know that you had recently stated you do not want to return to General Discussion that much anymore because of reactions you have gotten from the fanbase. But please, if you see Ququroon around or anyone else who has been working on this project. Please talk to him and see if there is any talk of a legacy skin (or anything) that will preserve Nasus' original voice.

Here's one of the many threads that has been starting to pop up on the forums showing concerns of Gene Mcdaniel's voice disappearing. I strongly dislike knowing that such a fitting voice for a character shall drift away to the bottom of youtube and people who still have old versions of League of Legends on their computers.

Even if there will not be a legacy skin, we would just like some answers.

I came into the VO work really nervous about this, because Nasus has one of the best voice sets in the game.

After hearing what they've got, I'm very pleased with how it sounds. They did a great job of maintaining the same cadence and timbre in the lines.

I think it would still be awesome to have a Classic/Traditional Nasus skin with the old lines.

It is less work then making a new skin unless they have to code it in as a selection choice.

The new voice seriously sounds like lucian got mad, strapped on a voice modulator, and started impersonating nasus.

It sounds impatient and angry, which is not what Nasus is.

They better let us use the old voice.

Actual justice for Nasus' original voice.
This is a chance to show that you aren't completely disconnected from your player base, Riot.

I agree. They should at least have a skin that allows for the original voice.

The voice actor's death is unfortunate, but the new voice adds way more to his character. So I prefer it.

Agreed on all points, and bumping for Justice! (not that Riot has any sense of justice anymore)
