Skins can and should give more

I'm going to keep this post short and down to the point.

I would like to suggest that certain skins get extra particle effects added to their abilities. Currently many 520 - 975 RP Skins have no alterations to the abilities, dance, taunt or laugh. So this is what I suggest.

520/750 RP Skins - Most used spell for that champion is altered visually. Example : Siren Cassiopeia ( Twin fang is watery blue when cast ) Grungy Nunu ( Throws garbage instead of the normal snowballs )

975 RP Skins - Two aspects of the champion is altered visually (this includes recall, abilities, taunts etc) . Example : Nurse Akali ( Death animation is of her stabbing herself with a needle, taunt - " Oh don't worry, it'll only hurt a little." Highnoon TF ( Q is currently altered from basic Q but other than that he has no changes. Ultimate has wind particles added to it.)

1350 RP Skins - Three abilities altered visually as is the case with Sad Robot Amumu ( Q - W - E + Voice altered )

I find that 1350 RP Skins cost wise and performance wise are the best out of the five tiers of Skins. They provide the visual effects necessary for me to enjoy them and are a reasonable price. But my biggest issue is with skins like Siren Cassiopeia which basically is just a custom skin since nothing changes about the skin besides the model. I find that these skins have so much potential, like for example if Sweetheart Annie had tibbers surrounded in little hearts then it could then be sold for 1350 RP instead of 750 RP and we'd all be so much happier because we are willing to buy skins which don't help our game play whatsoever, but we do it because it looks cool and makes you feel better..

Also skins like the Debonair skins for Vi and Ez I found were personally a waste of time since Ezreal already had five skins ( Frost, Explorer, Striker, TPA, Nottingham) which change nothing other than his bow/gauntlet and this is just another one to add. Also skins like Pickpocket Twitch and Safe cracker Evelynn along with Police Trundle and Volibear were sort of underwhelming since nothing at all changed for Eve and Twitch whilst Trundle got a new cone and Voli got nothing to note. These four skins had so much going for them like if Evelynn plops down a safe for her recall animations and cracks it open just as she recalls. It's these little things that we want from skins that make them so great. But there is so little to the skin making them almost useless skins compared to any skin with a visual alteration.

I'm always grateful to get a new skin and love the artwork and the effort that goes into them especially skins like Firecracker Jinx which is just an amazing overhaul. But please consider what I am saying =). Also the post was longer than expected.
