Not a bug report, but I had to repost this redditor's link, its hilarious, and really communicates how faulty the system is currently

Apparently she got high ping in the middle of the game, but it stabilized after "attempting to reconnect" appeared (DC, recon, the usual stuff, except for her she actually reconnected (o_o), and proceeded to do quite well as a support in the match. Then this happened.
