Quick Match Queue

Sometimes finding a match takes wayyyyyyy to long. It's mostly because of team balancing, especially with low lvl's involved. Why wait so long in Normals... My last ARAM queue was 20 min long. What do you think about adding a quick match queue? No team balance & instant match ups.
