The reason why Taliyah is so weak

The answer is simple and quite possibly known to everyone who plays taliyah, its that riot shouldve thought twice. rioter once posted "Her full combo does so much damage" but they forgot that her full combo is so much based on chance. Her q, easily dodged. Her e, flash or protobelt. Her w, simply walk off of it. Her ult, ._. Like, riot we are in a tank meta, where nearly anyone can go tank and kill the whole team. Where taliyah sustained damage is not the best but someone like Zed's burst is very useful right now.
