Essence, IP, And A Thought For Rioters

I'm not asking for a response from a Riot member, as obviously they can't simply go "Oh yeah we's totes doing that yo".

But given the current situation involving all of these wonderful points we can gather I Was thinking....

An IP/Essence/Essence Conversion System.

For example: 100 IP :: 1 Orange Essence 10 Blue Essence :: 1 Orange Essence (Only into Orange, nothing can go from Orange to the other)

Now you're thinking "what?" and the simple answer is this; Right now a great many people have All The Champions and as such Blue Essences are completely and utterly useless. On top of that a lot of them already have bought most of the runes they want/need, and as such they have excess IP. I know one person personally who has over 100,000 IP and nothing to spend it on.

This would allow the players to feel like they can still get SOMETHING from their account. Orange Essence is the only thing that has a constant usefulness because of the fact that it unlocks skins, and there are always more skins to unlock.

However you can't have the Conversion be too strong. If a person can rapidly and easily exchange into Orange Essences it'll make for skin unlocking to be "Too easy" and in turn be "Bad for business".

But yeah...just thought that it'd be nice if we could convert IP and Blue Essence into Orange Essence....right now there's almost no way to get Orange Essence and it's pretty darn infuriating.
