This game brings out the worst in people.

So i got off to a 7/0 start in lane last game. My jungle refused to give me any credit, saying that i just got fed off the "trash riven". He got so mad he decided he'd refuse to group despite everyone asking him, afk farm, and feed. I was 11/3 at the end, best score in the game but we couldn't team fight them because he was feeding and trolling.

I don't understand why he wouldn't just be happy i got fed, considering he plays ranked to try and win (I'd assume). I think its utter bull shit that i lose 21 lp for that loss, but alas nothing can be done. I just wanted to come here and rant about it because I'm frustrated. Feel free to say whatever, and post stories of you getting trolled if youd like, id love to hear them.

And tryndamere from last game; your a bad player, a bad person, and you should feel bad. Hope you get perma banned from our reports even though the trib is down.

Wait... He got because you were winning? What?

I was in team select in Blind Pick PVP once. I call Support, but someone before me says support. So I say, 'Okay, mid.' since no one called mid at that time. Everything seems dandy. I even clarify 3 times 'I'm mid, right?' they say yes. By this time the timer is about to end, and I lock in. Everyone starts yelling at me.

So I'm confused right now. I ask "what?" and they say, "YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO SUPPORT."

"..." - Me 2014.

I end up supporting Ahri with Charm, Iron Locket of the Solari, item 3069 and we actually win.

I'm not sure if that game was a troll or just bad communication, but I'm still, to this day, confused how we won it.

You fed into it, made it worse. The second someone says something that is negative, you instantly mute them and keep them muted.

Personally, there is something in that which Tryndamere said, you focused far too much at Riven, 1-3 kills on a solo-lane is enough to give your laner an advantage, after that you should focus the other lanes even more. That game brought out your the worst in you towards Tryndamere who you decided that you couldn't understand, however I agree that his behavior wasn't anything better given if what you mentioned is true.

I'm tired of the easy "trolling" excuse many people tend to bring up here, instead of using such a lackluster word, you should attempt to describe the actions more accurately rather than giving a vague concept which could end up being completely empty when given another thought. Oh well, lets assume that he weren't playing to "win" but rather to have "fun", seeing that he went Tryndamere, his fun=kills or perma pushing a side-lane. The later of the two is what could easily make people like you use the empty word "trolling". If you want to win, focus at what you could had done, what was good, what was even better, what could you had done that which would had been excellent? Please reconsider focusing more at yourself while at the same time not, this is after all a "team" game, how you interact with your "team" is thus also vital.

Competition brings out the 'worst' in people naturally.

But your specific situation... you say 'refused to give you any credit'... so you were LOOKING to get credit for it? So you were just being arrogant then and you're surprised when someone reacts negatively to this?

Not saying the other person was in the right... but why couldn't YOU just be happy with getting fed and work on the game?

It takes two people, most of the time. Never forget your own role in matters, and how you may or may not have created or escalated the situation.

What I've generally found is that nice people don't see much trolling/toxicity but people who aren't quite so nice tend to see it a lot. There's a lesson in that somewhere.
