Hour 7 minutes here... Been waiting all day hoping to at least do one match before I live in an hour for a trip that I will not be back until Monday... I wouldn't mind if they at least gave us an update hours ago that it would take longer than that hour to finalize the update.

instead of being upfront to the player base community they just add the simple "only an hour more" turns into 3 hours then give us a 2 hour que time. pretty pathetic for such a big company like riot. then turn the servers off AGAIN for 6 hours which in riot time is 8-10 hours for patch 4.20 then most likely the same 1-2 hour queue times.

just log out and log back in, it went from 2hr down to 10 min
