So can riot actually work on something that isn't lcs related?
Something like normal games or flex games where you queue solo and you get matched up against a team where their team premades are 3-2
and our team premades are 1-2-1-1?
Does riot just not know how important communication is? Stop placing me with teams who have more premades than my team.
norms are supposed to be stress free for those of us who play ranked, and learning experiences for those of us who haven't yet played ranked. so.... if you want to deal with the casual game, then it's up to you to make a team
it's impossible to determine if they are using say, voice chat services like skype/discord (or heck on the phone).
some people use LFG chat rooms to queue up with others. And then they don't use voice coms because they're effectively just pubbing with a group for group benefits. There's a benefit to doing this- if an ally get's an S rank, then you get a chest for that champion_ they played_. So chest collectors, who say refuse to play support can get chests for support champions like Janna by simply having a person in their premade get S rank on Janna without ever having to play the champion themselves.
