Anyone know how to fix LoL Skin Installer bug?

Got my first Leaver Buster warning since the new patch fucked with my custom skins, crashing my client when i try to load them. Which now means i can't play any game where my custom skin will be featured.

Anyone know anything about this? How to fix it? Tried to uninstall but i get the message in the pic i attached. Any help is greatly appreciated.
