QoL Buff for Quinn

first of all i'd just like to say that i am really loving the new Quinn Riot, i feel like subconsciously this is the Quinn that i always expected and wanted from you guys, really well done.

that being said i'd like to suggest a QoL buff? for her- both her Q and E abilities now trigger her passive- which is great and what i always felt like should happen- but when she Qs and then autos IMMEDIATELY afterwards the enemy who is marked with her passive doesn't trigger the passive until the actual 2nd attack.

is there any way to get her first AA after her Q -> passive to trigger it? i feel like you did a similar change to another champion recently but for the life of me i can't remember whom.
