On a scale from 1-10 5 being balanced how strong do you think Kha'Zix is right now?

I would give him a 4, Hes pretty strong and still a decent choice but I feel he needs a few little love taps.

Started at a 10. Up to 4.3 put him at an 8. 4.9 put him at a 5, and the last patch a 3-4.

Nerfed Kha'zix was wreaking havoc at Worlds, wtf you talking about? Kha "weak"?
