So here is a thought that can help everyone out. Add a feature to your website and client that allows EVERYONE to keep track of the rewards they are currently going to earn to 100% confirm the rewards for the current account logged in. It will help with everyone's panicking and posts on boards of people worrying about what rewards they are currently able to get!
