What are the generally accepted and considered "default" 1v1ing rules?

Idk what the community usually does, but for the pro 1v1 matches they have done in the past for All Stars, the win conditions are;
- Howling Abyss
- First kill
- 100 CS
- First tower kill
Other than that, there were no limitations on what you can pick. Seems like a good ruleset.
P.S. Don't get into 1v1's with a toxic player because you want to show him you're better. The game is not balanced for 1v1's, they don't say much about your skill in a 5v5 game.
