bronze an silver is a train wreck i think its even worse this sesson then the last one if thats hard to believe

iv tried practicing games iv tried taking breaks an coming untilted iv mained a champion in every roll to keep consistant

but i am just constantly losing games maybe winning one out of ever 5 games if im lucky i just dont know how to get better to climb the ranks :|

Pick one champion to play. Playing all the roles won't help because none of the performances will be the above average needed to climb. Be really good at one, maybe two champions and use that to climb.
