she is super tanky with very little damage...i dont see op here at all. shes a bruiser nautilus. I do like the rework, it feels really good so far.
It's already happening.
I feel she is in a great spot at the moment.

poppy USED to be op :/ her ult doesnt do much damage (as intended) so it takes some thinking to use effectively meaning she won't be seen as op lmao
but honestly all the poppy players i've gone against have been okay but as killable as anyone else
short ranged, relatively low damage, nonexistent poke, EXTREMELY situational defensive skill that is hard to time properly becuase of how quick dashes are, an ult that can comepltley screw you over in a teamfight by accidently saving the person your team wants ot kill...
