Hi, so I got a 2 week suspension in the past and I've gotten chat restricts but I'm never really toxic imo I'm typically sarcastic if anything.

Normally if I got perm banned i'd be like okay I was toxic but I've barely played the past like week and when I have it's been with friends so I;ve rarely been using chat so I have really no clue why I would've randomly gotten this punishment?

I also got the email saying I was banned but there was no reason, it just said I made a severe violation? I've never been racist, homophobic etc and I've never threatened anyone so I dont know what i could've done thats so severe I just get straight up banned? I also obviously don't have an inappropriate summoner name, I dont intentionally feed and I don't troll so it's either human error or a really old chat log OR for whatever reason my sarcasm is enough to get my account permanently suspended?

Edit: this is a repost because it was deleted from help and support, because apparently this issue doesn't require help or support. iI'd also like to point out that instead of assisting me, my post was simply deleted. nice.

The board's "Help and Support" is mainly about the game/client. If you need help or support with said client, or something is messed up for your games you go there. This problem mainly has to do with your account so thats why your topic got deleted because its irrelevant to help/support.

All in all though we cannot do anything forum-wise. it would have been best to contact support and hopefully they could give you a more detailed explanation as to why you were permaban. Usually Permabans are for people who cheat like using bots/scripts in their games. People who sold/bought Accounts, People who ELO boost (both buying and selling) Usually they dont perma ban for toxic unless its extreme and even then i would assume you would have needed to be ban loads of times before a permaban would be hit.
