Now that new Galio is out..
I feel like his E makes picking malphite kind of pointless right? It's pretty much a weaker version of malphite's ult but on a much shorter cd and I guess you can still get all 5 champs on the enemy team.

While they look similar, Galios E is more comparable to gragas E. malphites ult is still useful for initiating fights and AOE nuking
Galio's E also has a helluva delay to it as well, and it doesn't fly as far as you expect due to the wind-up animation. It's a lot trickier to execute than Malphite's R.
