Ashe threads popping up?

Lately I've seen Ashe threads coming up about how her passive encouraging her not to attack or that her q should stack but why is this? Before I only saw complain threads about 1.lee sin 2.kalista (cus she showed up in the lcs) and 3 Jarvan because he is just stronger in the jungle now but now people are starting to talk about Ashe, did nemesis draft show people these underplayed champs (well just an idea cus the passive one was talking about him 1v1ing his girl friend) and why/making people think why their underplayed?

Tl;dr (although it was short) Why are people making Ashe threads when it used to just be complaints of champions
