Man that dance looks amazing and ridiculously goofy, both because he is tall and lanky. Really reminds me of some kind of dance from the Roaring Twenties.

It's a reference to the Lezginka Dance. Its a folk dance in the area of southern Russia, where the Chechnya and Dagestan live. Right above Georgia
